Chalmers Dale is pleased to announce another new innovation in its range of Health products in its recently released Fruit Honey packed in Tubes.

Chalmers Dale Fruit Honey is available in three variants – Honey and Orange/Mango, Honey and KiwiFruit and Honey and Apricot. In all these cases, the product is packed in 300g tubes which provide a very convenient way of dispensing the honey without the mess.

The honey used is of the purest quality, without adulteration, and is simply blended into a mix with 20% of fresh fruit pulp.

The honey used is has unique qualities and contains dextrose, levulose, sucrose and maltose. Gluconic, citric, maleic, cyccinic, formic, buteric, lactic, pyroglutanic and amino acids are also present in addition to potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, chloride, sulphates, phosphates and silicas.

Pigments, carotene, chlorophyll derivatives and sansophyls are also present and all these provide a very nutritious supplement to a good healthy diet.

While the product is suitable for eating, the addition of freshly pulped fruit provides a good source of AHA which are extremely beneficial for the skin. Research has found that women do not mind wrinkles as much as that ageing process of skin which causes skin to lose the “glow” in the skin. AHA together with honey, when used as a massage media slough off the outer layer of skin to “expose” newer growth underneath.

This treatment allows new skin to grow without impedance, and also allows AHA to moisturise the new skin growth.
Recent research has also shown that AHA's can increase collagen production with a two fold anti ageing effect. It plumps out wrinkles, and provides skin rejuvenation because skin wrinkles are caused by the loss of collagen in the first instance.

It can also be used as a massage media to rejuvenate skin. Used regularly either on the face or the whole body, it sloughs off dead skin cells, and allows new skin to grow while at the same time prevent the formation of wrinkles.
