C-D ROYAL JELLY 1000mg :: CD 8203
Royal Jelly is a substance of complex chemical structure produced by the young nurse bees as larva food. Although it is not quite as well known as bee pollen, royal jelly equals pollen in its salutary effects. The young nurse bees make royal jelly, it is a secretion from glands on the tops of their heads. This rich concentrated food is not just useful for the bees. It contains remarkable amounts of proteins, lipids, glucides, vitamins, hormones, enzymes, mineral substances, and specific vital factors that act as biocatalysts in cell regeneration processes within the human body. Although some of the elements found in royal jelly are in microgram quantities, they still can act supremely with co-enzymes as catalysts or can act synergistically. (That is, the elements' action combined is greater than the sum of their actions taken separately.) Royal jelly is rich in protein, vitamins B-1, B-2, B-6, C, E, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, inositol and folic acid. In fact, it contains seventeen times as much pantothenic acid as that found in dry pollen. ROYAL JELLY-MAIN USES
Contraindications and Cautions This product contains Royal Jelly which has been reported to cause severse allergic reactions and in some rare cases, fatalities, especially in asthma and allergic sufferers. Not suitable for children. ROYAL JELLY QUALITY Many companies sell royal jelly (and other Bee Products) that are imported from China. Unfortunately, the manufacture of these products are completely unregulated, and many of them have been shown to be tainted with contaminants and pollutants. Make sure your royal jelly products come from a pristine source. It is common that many royal jelly products to not contain the amount of active ingredient stated on the label. This is different than the contaminant issue, but stems from the same problem: lack of regulatory scrutiny. Only purchase products that are produced in pharmaceutical GMP compliant facilities, which adhere to the most exacting standards. This will ensure that your product contains what it says on the label. Royal Jelly has a large water composition, nearly 70%. As such, it is a highly degradable substance. It must be frozen immediately after harvesting to avoid oxidation, which is a chemical process that quickly leads to deterioration. Freeze drying the substance is the only way the nutrient value can be locked in and maintained. Many companies apply heat or chemicals after harvesting, and taint the royal jelly or destroy its nutritional value. Savvy consumers should steer clear.
