- Place a small amount of propolis smoothing shampoo into your hand and apply to wet hair.
- Work the shampoo into a lather and make sure to massage into your scalp and all the way to ends of hair.
- Rinse completely.
- Follow with Propolis Smoothing Conditioner. Again, only a small amount is required.
- Apply to clean, wet hair. Work from scalp into the hair ends. Leave in for 2-3 mins before rinsing.

- Squeeze a small amount of smoothing shampoo into your palm. Apply to wet hair and work through from scalp to ends. Create a rich lather before rinsing out.
Follow with Smoothing Propolis Conditioner:
- Apply a small amount to clean wet hair. Work from scalp to ends, gently massaging hair for full coverage. Leave for 2-3 minutes before rinsing.
